Custom Order Policy - 

1. Process:

   • Fill out the form. We will get back to as soon as we can. Really, we do try to make a reply within a few hours at most.

   • If you have any questions, please email us - StudioL.message@gmail.com​​ ​​​​​​​ 

   • We love making pieces for you. This is our favorite aspect of making this art. We cannot put into words how special it is to make a see the joy our art brings to people. Why we do what we do!

 

Damaged/Lost Packages

• Contact us immediately if your package is:

  • Damaged: Provide photos within 3 days.

  • Lost: Filed after 10 business days with Canada Post.

Materials & Sustainability Policy

• Leftover china fragments may be repurposed for other pendants unless you request their return (noted at checkout).

• We prioritize salvaging materials to reduce landfill waste.

Payment Policy

• We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal).

 

Privacy Policy

• We only collect necessary data (name, address, email) for order fulfillment.

• Never share/sell customer information.

Shipping is Included Across Canada

• All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15.00 CDN.

• The second pendant purchased is shipped free.

• Orders ship within 3-5 business days via Canada Post.

• Delivery times vary by location (typically 2-7 business days).

• Tracking numbers are provided.

• We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• Canada-only shipping.

Tax Policy

• As a small Canadian business, taxes are included in all listed prices (no additional charges at checkout).

  • Prices are in Canadian Funds and include taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.​

  • All jewelry designs, photos, and website content are owned by Art By Studio L. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. ​

  • Handmade pendants may have natural variations in glaze or edges. We are not liable for wear and tear.​
